As one of the most important departments Electrical & Electronics engineers are responsible for development in a wide range of technologies from portable digital music players to the hi-tech Global positioning systems (GPS), which can continuously track, help and locate anything, anywhere across the globe. Electronics engineers design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of electronic equipments such as broadcast and communication systems. Many electronics engineers also work in areas closely related to computers. Electronic engineers specialize in area such as communications, signal processing, and control systems or have a specialty within one of these areas i.e industrial robot control systems or aviation electronics.
